Insurance Requirements for Intrastate Authority
Below are the minimum insurance limits required for an APSC certificate or permit. Carriers may be subject to other state law insurance requirements. Insurance Rules can be found in the Motor Carrier Rules 770-X-10-.04-.01 through 770-X-10-.04-.10.

All Insurance filings must be written in the full and correct name that the APSC certificate or permit was issued. All insurance filings must also have a physical address, no Post Office Boxes. Types of Self-Insurance Petitions must be approved by the Commission and can be in place of insurance forms provided through an insurance company.
