30-day notices for VOIP providers are considered presumptively valid unless the Commission objects to the request.  Submissions are for informational purposes and require no subsequent Commission approval.

The 30-day notices may be submitted via hard copy or electronically. If submitted only in hard copy format, the original plus ten (10) copies are required.  If submitted electronically, the filer must also submit the original (no additional copies) in hard copy format.
