If you have an active USDOT number for interstate operations and you fail to pay the UCR, you may be subject to a
fine. Penalties for non-registration begin at $100.00 and may rise as high as $500.00 for each day that you have not
registered. If you have recently obtained your USDOT number, you must register for the UCR before you conduct
operations.
