FERC Docket No. ER13-908. The APSC petitioned FERC for a rehearing of its Order on Compliance Filing concerning the regional transmission planning process compliance filing of Alabama Power Company. The APSC’s request was filed with FERC on August 19, 2013.
Motion to Intervene in Southern Company’s Order 1000 Interregional Compliance Filing. The APSC’s filed this motion on September 4, 2013.
